In 2012, founder Stanley Chase III forgot to set a timer on his vegan manapua recipe and overcooked the BBQ soy protein by mistake.
He then did it over a million more times, on purpose - with the intention of bringing the world one of the finest jerkys ever tasted. From day one, our ingredients have been Non-GMO certified, made in small batches, by hand, and with freshly sourced Kentucky ingredients.
