Tasty and spicy. This is more of a dry rub style and really flavorful. I'm just loving all these flavors.

Where's the chicken

Really struggling to get through this bag, unfortunately. It just tastes like straight grease with a slight aftertaste of chicken.

Not supee Cajun-y, but all right

They're not bad, but I'm not sure that I would have recognized the flavor as Cajun if I hadn't read the packaging. They're fine and have a kick to them, but the 'Cajun' element,, to me, is somewhat slight. Still, I wouldn't turn them down!

I'm an idiot, did not realize it was soy jerky. I took too bites and yuck 🤢🤢. I threw the entire order in the trash.

Oh yeahhhh!

Oh yeahhhh, this is a REALLY nice flavor! I got KFC2, Cajun, and Jerk in the same bundle and this is perfectly between KFC & Jerk. Has a nice flavor design that does give a good homage to Cajun/NOLA food without being super chili-forward.

Spicy, but not hot

It's spicy, but not hot(I'm not sure if it's supposed to be, but I wouldn't want it to be too hot anyway). It's almost like their KFC jerky flavor, but slightly different.

This jerky took me by surprise. I ordered flavor with some trepidation, worried that there would be more heat than flavor, but the balance is perfect. It is savory, herbaceous and filled with gentle heat. 'Cajun chicken' is now one of my favorites and I hope that it stays a while.

Came in a week after it was supposed to (over two weeks after order was made). Reached out to customer service a couple of times and never received any response.

Too Celery-y

These taste exactly like the “Kentucky Future Chicken” flavor… which I hate. Very disappointing. I was hoping they’d taste similar to the “Hot Chicken” small batch flavor, which, to me, is their best chicken flavor.

Taste wise, the texture is nice—not too soft or too hard—but the jerky itself has a very strong celery note to it. And while celery is listed pretty low on the ingredients list, it stands out the most to me. I think I’ll just have to avoid any new batches in the future that list celery as an ingredient—no matter how enticing the new batch title sounds. 😩
