Mandarin Glazed Chicken

I was hesitant to try. - I was never a fan of jerky… so glad I tried this one - delicious!

This was my 2nd time(& last time) getting this flavor. It's more crispy(didn't like this) than the 1st time that I bought it. It also was more of a hard candy glaze than a soft chewy one(didn't like this). There were too many big, chunky, hard clusters instead of strips for me. I prefer(& like) Riff Raff's Orange Chicken because it's a better flavor & texture.

Has just the right combination of a slightly sweet citrus flavor mixed with just enough heat. I'd like to eat this over rice!

Recommended - but: At room temperature the first bite was a disappointment- my expectations at fault. For me it was better after refrigeration. Had that cold takeout food texture. Flavors were heightened.

It wasn't my favorite or the most 'standout flavor' (although it is flavorful) in my opinion (maybe I'm not a total 'Mandarin chicken' person), but it's fine, and I'd willingly snack on it again.

Dried out, not the same texture as when I get them at whole foods. The Mandarin Chicken is supposed to be 'sticky', but it was just a single dried out congealed lump in the bag. I don't know whether the heat affected this order in transit. I tried twice to reach out to the company, but have not received a response yet. I don't think they check their support email address

I had this before and it wasnt as spicy. I love the texture but the two bags i bought were both too soicy this time.

Obsessed with this and the Sweet and Sour Pork — it’s what I’m craving when I imagine Chinese takeout; the difference is that Louisville Jerky doesn’t disappoint! Consistent, perfect texture and vegetarian!

Really sweet nice and reminiscent of mandarin chicken. A lot of these Louisville Jerky flavors end up tasting quite similar to me with only a hint of the supposed flavor. This one actually does have a bit more of a mandarin chicken taste.

This jerky is absolutely delicious! Already order again.

this was my FAVORITE flavor so delicious tasted just like mandarin chicken it was amazing!! & as someone who doesn’t eat meat it was awesome to have jerky again!

Very sweet jerky flavor, almost has a candied feeling.
