Neil Hamburger Jerky

This was my 3rd & final time buying this flavor(I forgot on my 2nd review back on Sept. 2025, that I said I wouldn't buy it again). I liked it the 1st time that I bought it when it 1st came out & gave it 5 stars, but the 2nd & 3rd time, it's too salty. Also, I didn't taste the onion, tomatoes & pickle condiments in it like the 1st bag I bought in Aug. 2024. I came up with an idea to tone down the saltiness, while adding the missing condiments flavors that it was lacking. I cut up pickles with the jerky & topped them with some ketchup, which made the jerky taste good(also, now edible because it wasn't salty anymore). Feel free to try my idea with this jerky, you'd probably love it.

The only thing that could top this is eating it while at a Neil Hamburger show.

Just what I expected 🚽

Ordered monday morning and i was eating some in canada by wednesday supper. Delicious. Really good. And i am hard to please with jerky. Taste is phenomenal. Texture on point! Vegan?? GET OUT!! Thankyou🫶🏽❤️

First, you need to find two bags of the Neil Hamburger jerky and some hydrogen peroxide at a gas station on your way through the midwest. Then go to the nearest Motel 6, ask for room 208. Go inside the room and test the sink, it probably doesn’t work. You will want some mildly hot running water later, in case this experiment fails and your feet get poked. This is also where the hydrogen peroxide comes in handy.

After you’ve removed your shoes and socks, position either bag of jerky under either foot. Then take two of the small clear trash bags from the small garbage can under the desk and wrap them around your feet, securing the jerky bags to the bottom of your feet. Now you are ready to lower the covers half way on the bed and slide your feet in, and the newly fashioned jerky slippers will serve as a shield from the rusted and bent sharp ends of the used hypodermic needles that await your feet at the far end of the bed. If the jerky slippers do what they’re supposed to do, your feet didn’t get infected or jabbed. Otherwise, refer back to the hot water and peroxide and start scrubbing before infection sets in. Either way, you’ll be sure to have a rather unpleasant stay.
PS the jerky is really good and has the flavor of actual backyard hamburgers

This flavor is truly on another level. With each bite, the flavor develops and reveals another layer of dimension, from the beefy burger patty, to the melty cheese, and even the ridge-sliced pickles. It’s all in there somehow…by magic! And to top it all off it’s a really fun collab with a legendary comedian who’s been vegan since way before it was “cool”. (I think it was always cool but that’s beside the point.) I’m gonna need a case of this stuff!

While all of the flavors that Louisville has are delicious, our favorite is the ‘Burger’. We’re up there in age and spices aren’t well tolerated anymore. Now we’re addicted to the Burger! It is now a food group in our house! Yum!!!

Hands down the best flavor. Also the way I found out Gregg Turkington is vegan. I get this one every time I order a bundle. You should too.

Good flavor

We didn’t expect to like this flavor…. But we absolutely loved it! They hit the nail on the head with this one, you can taste all the different components of a burger (even the pickle!) with this one. This is one we don’t hesitate to repeat order. This scratches the itch for a burger, and knocks a lot of veggie burgers out of the park, flavor-wise.

The best flavor of anything on the planet. If they flavored oxygen like this, I'd breath a lot more readily. I'm magically six inches taller and 26 IQ points smarter after eating this stuff. Incredible.

This is a fun, tasty flavor that captures the essence of a fast-food burger while being considerably healthier than one. Probably good for vegetarians/vegans who are really craving meat.

Best vegan jerky out there.

Texture is wonderful, bourbon barbecue is a little on the sweet side, the nachos and jalapeño cheddar were a bit too salty, and the hamburger one was decent.
I’m not sure if I would order any of these flavors again, though. The black pepper is still one of my favorites, so is Carolina barbecue, and maple bacon. Even though I wasn’t too impressed with these new flavors, I tried, Louisville jerky is still my second favorite brand of jerky.

Do you like pickles? How about burgers? With ''Neil Hamburger Hamburger-style Jerky', you can enjoy both at once. 'Neil Hamburger' has an unusual flavor profile in the jerky universe (vegan or nonvegan), and I appreciate that.

Came in a week after it was supposed to (over two weeks after order was made). Reached out to customer service a couple of times and never received any response.

This may be my favorite jerky of all time. It’s very salty- so if that’s not your thing, you won’t like it, but it has a burger-y taste that I love.

I’ve tried many of the Louisville flavors and have long considered myself a fan. This one is the absolute best! Like Neil Hamburger himself, it unique! And the flavors are on point! Wish this one would be added to regular production!
