Mandarin Glazed Chicken

Today I learned that mandarin chicken and orange chicken are two different dishes lol. Initially, I assumed that this product might taste very similar to the Riff Raff Orange chicken—to which I wondered why they released two orange chicken jerkies at the same time. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that this product has its own distinct flavor. The mandarin glazed chicken is sweet like the RR Orange Chicken but more savory imo. It leans more into the ginger and has a hint of spice to it that was both surprising and delicious. This is definitely my favorite orange-based chicken jerky they’ve released. 10/10!

It tastes almost the same as Riff Raff Orange Chicken, but it's not better than Riff Raff Orange Chicken to me. It's a bit sticky crispy & a little harder/drier than Riff Raff Orange Chicken. I prefer Riff Raff Orange Chicken because I think it's more flavorful & the texture is softer.
