I agree with the previous review that these a KFC clone, but they're good and are somewhere in the 'KFC range'. The flavor could be bolder, but they've got a good texture and a pleasant taste. The nutritional profile is also decent for a snack (you could do far worse)!

If you're looking for a vegan clone of KFC Original Recipe, this isn't it. But it is a satisfying, savory vegan jerky that has a great texture and 'meaty' taste. Great for snacking or for a light meal. I bought several packs, and they didn't last long at my place!

Of the five jerkies we tried, this is one of 2 we would never try again. Maybe it tasted like the savory spices in seasoned chicken flour, but that’s where any KFC similarity ended. Nobody wanted to finish this bag.

I wanted to really love this one, but there is a spice on this jerky that I don’t like. The texture reminds me of fried chicken skin. As a vegetarian, It wasn’t pleasant. Thankfully, I gave away the 7 bags I bought and my siblings really love it. It’s just a matter of personal preference.

The flavor is just interesting and that's the best way to describe it. Not bad, not good. I'd eat it again but I wouldn't buy it again.

Peppery, herby, warm, tender – just all around bursting with flavor. It's a huge improvement over the first version, and I hope it remains a staple. You nailed it with this one!

I can't believe I'm tasting one of the most famous fried chicken breadings right now!! I've been a vegetarian for 20 years and this is the first time I'm tasting something that comes this close to the real thing.

I haven't had battered chicken in 14 years but man this hits the spot.

These are amazing and addictive. Every flavor is on point as far as tasting like the actual dishes they mimic. This has become my favorite jerky and i am a meat eating carnivore. This is one of the first vegan products iv ever truly enjoyed

Burst of flavors and moist!

It was alright. The flavor was okay, but the texture was kind of tough and dry, even for jerky (more than some other flavors).

It's good but not my favorite of the flavors. It tastes a lot like poultry seasoning which is fine.

Always love these products and this flavor was no exception. The perfect snack for anytime.

I’m sure if you’re a huge fan of chicken then you might love this. It doesn’t have a sweetness to it so I definitely like that about it. I don’t like my jerky to be sweet. It was good to try and I ate all of it but I probably won’t buy it again because chicken was never my favorite flavor. The black pepper is still the best by far to me.

Not a huge fan of this flavor, personally. Also it seems to be drier than other flavors. There's a specific flavor in it that I'm never a fan of which I would've thought was rosemary but I'm not seeing that in the ingredients so maybe it was the turmeric? Not sure but it's definitely just personal preferences
